We earned our reputation through the integrity, passion and commitment of our employees. Access Therapies is committed to bring together the most qualified healthcare professionals with the nation’s premier healthcare providers.

Our mission is two fold: Provide flexible staffing options to both healthcare professionals and the companies to whom they provide service, and cultivate the highest standards of quality care. When it comes to filling your staffing needs, Access Therapies is as passionate about ensuring the right fit as you are!

Services

Access Therapies provides travel, local contract and local per diem, temp-to-perm and permanent placement services across the country. Specializing in rehabilitative therapy -- occupational, physical and speech along with nursing -- Access Therapies is positioned to meet the needs of both our customers and our employees

Over the years, Access Therapies has developed highly effective recruiting practices and is very successful in the recruiting of domestic and international Healthcare professionals. Today, the company employs Healthcare professionals through out the USA. Though the company is very efficient in recruiting, management also recognizes the increasing demand will far outstrip the supply. Today there is an estimated 110 thousand shortage in registered nurses with that variance in supply and demand increasing to more than 500 thousand registered nurses by the year 2015.

Over the years, Access Therapies has made significant human and capital investments in the foreign recruiting program. Management believes the future of the industry hinges on the ability to recruit Healthcare professionals from foreign countries. Access Therapies has fine tuned and implemented operational practices to recruit foreign Healthcare professionals and now has roughly 100 plus foreign Healthcare professionals under contract.
